Right of the bat I am going to say I never played Slay the Spire, but I played another game of the same genre, so I knew what to do.
I got to the boss, but there was no boss. I assume it was just the end of the demo, and not a bug. (I wouldn't survive anyway)
Visual representation is good, and everything worked as expected.
I realized I never actually got to spend my gold.
Your itch page is empty, so I guess my question to you would be; what do you intend to do differently in your game compared to other games in the same genre?
Don't get me wrong, I think it is fine if you just want to clone a game you like, but I am wondering if maybe you got some bigger plans.
The project stems from a story my little brother is writing is school - I'm not sure if I'll make anything substantial from this, but I do find it fun to emulate games that I've enjoyed. Thanks for uploading your run btw, I can already see improvements and little bugs that I'll need to sort out.

Hard to judge it in the context of the genre, but it definetely was fun. Thanks Diogenes.
Symmetric card game in my demo was a mistake.
Thanks for the linux build, and marking it accordingly.
I recorded my run:

I'm sure your little brother is excited to see his story as a video game.
I played another run the other day, and I got to the Boss fight again. The difference was this time the boss appeared, so I recorded that part

I did not know card buffs stay on card until the end of battle. If I had known, I would played differently
