Seems like a twist on poker. Rules and new additions are very complicated, more complicated than the poker game itself.

Moving the cards around the board is alright, but the collision seems way off. The water shader everywhere is nauseating.

Seems to be too overcomplicated for the sake of adding a twist on poker. Maybe a tutorial would help with that, but reading the wall of text is not fun and does not translate well into the gameplay.
