Nice game!
It felt like a nice cozy game, really like the background music and the pixel art design. I was surprised with the "bye!" when quitting. But the game stopped working after a bit for me, I'm not sure why. Great work!
Love the music, love the little effects like sound for picking up items, simple concept executed really well. Visually very cohesive. Chill vibes from start. Having such a comprehensive hint system for a game jam game is a super polished step. Also love how you have different ways of getting to certain items. Thoroughly enjoyable experience, thank you!
Couple thoughts while I was playing: The question mark looked like a z a little bit. Kinda wanted ability to simply click vs click and drag items in. Hint system might have been a bit too much at times - telling me hints that gave me a little too much info, might have preferred clicking on the hint button a little more when needed (when I played through, I only clicked on it once to find out what it was). I did like immediately get the final item on first try, which I was pleased with ๐
Wow thanks so much for the beautiful comment! Im so glad you got to finish the game and your feedback is on point, many people have told me to make it possible to drag items with a single click and you are right about changing the time for the help.
im glad you noticed there are several ways to get items because i wanted to have many different "routes" to get gold (i would love to hear what "route" you used)
thanks a lot bye <3
(oh and i'll actually love to know the route you've used)
You're very welcome!
I think I melted money to get gold? ๐ค I forget exactly how I made money to begin with...magic of some kind possibly?
ohhh i think i know your route now, very cool!
Amazing game! I thought that some craft combinations were very humorous which made every turn exciting and unexpected. It was a very simple concept very well executed. Feel free to rate my game if you would like!
Thanks i would love to!
Oh dude i've already played and rated your game! it was one of the best! very cool art and game design <3
Super cool! I couldn't get all of them but got most of them. And yeah progress save would be nice!
Great concept and artwork! I love games in which the thing you 'acquire' by playing them is further knowledge of the game. I did have the app crash on me a few times, though, so it would definitely be helpful to have your progress saved (as others have pointed out).
Awesome game! I wish i could put something on craft just by clicking on it, not by dragging. This game took a lot of my time. Also liked the soundtrack, helps you thinking while you craft)
Rated it. Rate mine, please!)
Thanks for the helpful comments its actually genius to add items directly by clicking bc a lot of people struggle with dragging them
bro check out my game, pleeease!!!
srryyyy dude i had internet problems i checked it now
This game was pretty good. I like the concept. I just wish it saved when you closed the app. I like that it tells you buy while it's closing. I don't think that many games do that
lol yes the bye is great, also i like your idea of the game remembering what you have. ill check if i can do this and if i can i will update you
Nice. That would be pretty good. Especially because it can take so long to get to a certain point and when you close it you've just spent 20 minutes getting half of the cards for nothing ๐
That must be the April Fools trick ๐๏ธ๐ ๐๏ธ
lol, but have you actually discovered the trick in the game?
Not yet. I took a break from it and closed it not thinking it didn't save ๐
