Judge feedback

Judge feedback is anonymous and shown in a random order.

  • Not currently playable, assuming you need to match the pipes up to create a pathway and there is no Itch page to display content. As it stands, not a hugely original concept and no effort has been made at this stage to demonstrate scope for messaging.
  • A really good idea that aligned well with the brief and the required tone. The gameplay showed a lot of promise but without a win state it was difficult to enjoy. It wasn't the most unique take on this type of gameplay so more originality would have been welcome.
  • The idea is classic and fun, but with nothing else to accompany the game, the messaging falls a bit to the wayside.
  • I can see the idea here, and the design is clever but unfortunately it's rather difficult without a win condition!
  • Nice idea and art. Maybe I misunderstood due to the lack of win condition but I think the goal being an underground container would fit in better with the SSE messaging
  • A proven puzzle mechanic - that could be made more fun with some tweaks and juiced up features. No win condition enabled yet and no explanation as to whether this is the entire game or just a level. This impacts upon the messaging. Would suggest that if taken forward consideration is given to the user experience, art style - moving away from the browns and earthy and perhaps using a more monotone and minimalist aesthetic. It's difficult to make power stations look less dystopian and for cleaner energy. There is something there just needs more time to bring it out.
