Pretty dark. Those cops come and everything fades to black.

Played through a few times. Didn't manage to get enough for a coffee!

Ah I'm glad you played it! Yes its a depressing kind of game. There's no audio on the windows version. If you get a chance to plan the linux version you can get a break from the depressing vibe when you get coffee: happy music will play!

There's also a few little problems with the UI that I just didn't have time to tweak to perfection. Its sometimes difficult to tell that you have enough money to buy food - its hard to tell when your money meter is full! anyway. cool beans!

I'll try it on my linux box when I get home.

Here I was thinking the game was supposed to just induce depression!

I really liked how the people on the streets would go through stages. First -___- then angry af, with a <3 every once in a while to break things up.

Ah indeed.

Happy or Lovey responses usually indicate that they gave you some money. Angry ones usually stress you out more than usual. Blank faces mean that they just try to ignore you, or that they're sorry but can't help. Sometimes they get hopping mad, and that really really stresses you out.

I loved it, it's sad in a way how people avoid you and move away when you get close to them. Very well done.

Ah thank you! Yes I was trying to make it feel slightly upsetting but also slightly whimsical. I'm glad you liked it!
