I just got slapped in the face by sudden realization that I have four days to make this game.  I have not started yet because of School.  I would stay home if I could but you need an excuse to at my district and I don't think that they would take a game jam as an excuse.  Anyway I finally have an idea.  "Rocket Ops"  The player is on a secret operation, but has to take out all targets with a rocket launcher.  However when you fire that rocket launcher you go flying in the direction that you fired the shot.
