How does your game incorporate the theme?
The game theme being lightshow, we have implemented only one light source for the player to go around collecting the stars. This light source moves with the player's character in a small radius around the figure. Only the platforms and spikes are visible.
Another cool way to incorporate lightshow is the dangerous bombs that are dropped from the sky, they pulsate their light and become invisible when they go dark.
Throughout the scenes there are various laser lights to enhance the game's appearance.

Wow! fun game to play. Great sound! 'I'm running up the hill' well-done guys.

Spikes only needed one attempt at my life. Game looks cool

Apologies, I accidentally made the field that speaks to justifying your use of the limitation private and there's no way to revert it. Please see the justification for the limitation of this game below:

The player only has one life to get through all levels, if they die, they have to start all over again.

The player also has only one light source, to guide them through collecting the stars around the scene.

I actually enjoyed some of the weirdness of the collision and the platforming mechanics; the character was perfectly fitting with the atmosphere, and the almost-weightless jumping (and movement while falling) made the platforming kind of unique as a sort of puzzle of its own. It's a basic platformer, so there's not very much you could do with it to make it radically new and unique, but it's memorable enough for how it feels.

The game looks great; every part of the aesthetic fits together great, from the character to the backgrounds to the music. There could be more variety, but other than that I don't have much of anything to complain about. Good job! It's a pretty game.

I like your use of the theme; the space-y atmosphere fulfilled a lot of the "Lightshow" theme for you, but the addition of the small radius light source around the player was a nice little addition to the theme - the light "shows" the stars you need to get. The way the bombs act is a fun little addition too.

I'm not sure if you tried to include the "Only One" theme, but I did think the fact that there is "Only One" main light source centered on the player character was at least a small step toward fulfilling that limitation in terms of the design, even though it wasn't really presented that way.

I enjoyed how the game felt and it would be fun to play more of this!

Nice game, love the background and music. The how to play page is hilarious and very informative with little info on it.

Nice little plaformer :) Loved the sounds of the stars. Really good job!

The menu screen looks amazing, the artwork is also so vibrant yet spacey. As mentioned before some gravity and collision was a bit weird but the style of the platformer running around with just a little light to guide you was great fun

Well done on the art and assets. Sound was spot on. Gravity felt a bit wonky and the spikes hit box is like 2x the size of the actual spike xD other than that - Good game

The game is pretty challenging and I think that's what makes it so addicting and fun to play :D

Listen...the music was epic and made me feel one with my new icon, Star Lord

One negative is I died thinking "hang on - I'm dead sure I didn't touch that spike" way too many times.

This has been a pleasant exchange of dopamine 0_0
