Your game is really cool ! Really felt like an old style game.

Thanks! Glad you liked it :)

When I was playing this game I didn't understood that is this a feature or a bug. When you complete the level froze the ship forever. I think it is not good. Maybe the feature (or it is a bug) that when you restart level all your progress is saved, is good. Also need more kind of enemies, and remake a screen shake (it is kinda weird).

Ok now I understand. It is was hard, iam kinda stupid. I will play  in your game again and rerate it. Sorry)

Ok. Actually when you start this game is hard enough, and it is good. BUT when you have max fire speed, and move speed - even 3rd boss can't kill you. Also you have some bugs with generation. When I killed 3rd boss it just dissapear. Fix this. Make new enemies, and balance game. Also that mechanic that you just spaws the controls is not making game hard. I think it would be great, if you add reverse ive shooting or something like that, that would make game feels harder.

Thank you for taking the  time and playing it again! About the third boss, that is what I mentioned in the description, I couldn't code the You Won screen on time :(

I will surely adjust the balancing of the weapons, luckily I just have to change a few numbers so once the Game Jam it's finished I'll do it. Maybe with more time I'll add more features, that reverse shooting idea is ver good. Also, the saving of your progress through the stages is intended. Thanks playing it! :)

The concept of this game is very cool and the graphics also! (maybe turn down the effects a little :) ) also there has to be more balancing. But that's about it with the complains. Very cool game good job!

Developer

Sure, didn't really have time to play it enough to balance it, Iuckily i just have to change a few numbers. Thank you! :)

Cool concept, and probably the best visuals on the jam.

Developer

Thank you!

So I played your game till the second boss.

The look is nice. I especially like the arcade machine effect, although the player projectile could stand out better from the background. At higher firing rates the screen shake becomes a little annoying.

You generate the stages randomly, which is very nice, but I think the only difference between the stages is the number and power of the enemys, am I right?

The challenge within the normal rooms becopmes negligible when the firing rate is upgraded to its maximum. Standing in the corner with triple shots and killing the approaching enemys is the way to go. More variety in enemy design would be nice.

The money rooms are kind of boring and give way too much money. I would suggest dropping a chest once a room is cleared.

The Boss rooms remain challenging enough thanks to the malfunctioning mechanics.

Please don't take my overly harsh criticism too hard. I had fun playing.

Don't worry, I really appreciate it. You are right, there is a lot of balancing I should make, the money roms for example, I really like that chest idea. I also realized that once you gear up the levels aren't really that difficult anymore. I would have loved to continue adding mechanics to make the levels less repetitive but altogether i'm pretty satisfied with how they work considering it's my first finished game. Thank you for your advice, I hope you enjoyed it, and I will surely keep upgrading it!
