There is a version 1.1 now! For anyone interested, it is essentially the same but with some slightly prettier models, textures, and sounds. Also with some bug fixes, like looping the music properly.

Feel free to leave me feedback there instead, thanks!
Very difficult game. Would need lots of time to get good at it.
You might want to put a cooldown on changing the direction you face if the player doesn't destroy an enemy when they turn so that the player can't just mash all of the modes and all of the directions really fast to destroy all of the enemies ;)
Yeah that was actually the original idea, to be able to only attack on the beat (like Crypt of the Necrodancer) but that broke shortly before the deadline so I just let the player go crazy haha.
Thanks for the feedback!
Cool idea! I wasn't expecting a rhythm game. It's a bit tricky because of how fast the game ramps up. Also the music didn't loop for me the first time. Other than that it's great!
Thanks, appreciate it!
This is the first game I've played with a sort of music/beat aspect to it, very nice. I'm colorblind so telling between kick and gun was very difficult for me, but this is a nice original idea that had a fun gameplay loop.
Thanks for your feedback, this is a good reminder for me how important accessibility is. The next iteration of this game will include different shapes to match the colors to address this issue.
Glad you enjoyed it though, thanks!
Love the idea and charm of this game. Took me a second to figure out what was going on but once I did I was quickly sucked in trying to survive the onslaught. Great work!
Awesome, yeah it definitely needs a tutorial haha but I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks for the feedback!
Very interesting concept for sure! BGM unfortunately didn't loop for me - it became silent very shortly after :(
Thank you for playing, glad you enjoyed it!
Yeah shame about the music, one of those things that broke right before the deadline :(
