I feel like I was invading the skeletons' home and they were just trying to keep me out. But maybe it was the octopus/ghost/demon's home and the skeletons were invading me. Either way, it was fun and very ghastly.
Fun game. Always been a fan of killing big groups of enemies with a gun while I run away. This is just me thinking about where you could take this game, but maybe a dash button would help maneuver around the baddies, because their damage comes before the animation, even if I move in time, I still get hit. Also the ability to hold down the mouse for rapid fire would save my finger from cramping.
I'm too tired to think. But i had fun!
Really fun game! Played this for like 15 mins, it was really satisfying to out manoeuvre and kill big hordes of skeletons, it made very interesting gameplay. I found the game to be super difficult, this could be seen as either a good or bad thing (up to you really!). The art was also really fitting and i loved the look of the environment. However, I did have some issues:
1. I wasn't sure what the theme interpretation was. ( However I did get stuck on stage 3 so I could have missed it)
2. Way too much clicking. I think it would be a big improvement to allow the player to hold down the mouse to auto-fire or the bullet damage could be buffed so there is less clicking required.
Overall great game, really fun to play, gave me that feeling of "just one more go". Well done :)
Would appreciate if you could also rate my game :)
I'm glad you enjoyed the game! Thank you for the criticism, I'll keep those in mind in case I want to make a post-jam release :D
