Will there be any option to upload hotfixes or "late submit"?

We have a first build online, but it has some major errors and we were a bit surprised by the locked upload at the deadline.

Ofcourse a deadline is a deadline, but we hoped to upgrade some stuff that was implemented on a base level yet or "at least" fix major errors like the resolution ^^'

ofc. all changes would be listed in the version... thats the way I'm used to have it in other jams.
