Are assets from Unity's package manager allowed?

The video says that you can use any engine, but you must make all the assets yourself. Does this include stuff like URP, post processing, pixel perfect camera, cinemachine and other assets from package manager?

I was wondering the same thing. But I think it's not allowed because it makes it unfair for people using other game engines and because they are not user created.

in btp's latest vid he said u can but u need to saw that u used it in the credits

URP is not an asset its a rendering pipeline so yes u can use it
