I worked alone. Deck is my dicord id and will be fine for my team name. I did everyhing in the game except for the two bgs which were made and published with a free to use licence by Reddit's users @nrin (Cave Background) and @edermunizz (ForestBackground)

How did you/your team interpret the theme?
Playing as Virgilius, you assist a powerful hero who's been blinded through a journey to defeat the darkness that looms over the land. Indeem you are not the hero.
How was your/your team's experience in this jam?
Absolutely terrific. Also I am a little tired but it was totally worth it.

The pixel art looks great! Unfortunately, the game is really frustrating because of the buggy controls. I'd love to see a fixed version, you clearly put a lot of effort into it.
Game is really nice looking, but there is also a lot of bugs, I'd want to see it when it will be polished
The opening sequence was a delight and the visuals looked really nice. The UI may need some improvement to make it clearer but I think the way you tried to introduce the mechanics were quite good. The music and concept are great by the way!
I wanted to play more but it seems there are bugs and sometimes I can't make the hero do what I say. It was still fun though and I'd love to see it polished.
Thank you for joining the jam and I hope you had fun! Congratulations on your submission!
Really enjoyed the music here, well done! Also, nice work on smaller details like the light!
Hey thank you, I whipped that up real quick and couldn't add more so It's nice to hear you like that in particular cause I thought it was gonna suck ahahahah. I like lighting a lot so I focused on that for a little while, too!
So much for one person to do, great job! This is a really neat idea and the placement of the pieces is really simple! Unfortunately I can't seem to get very far because the hero gets stuck in the ground early on. I'd love to see a polished version of this.
hey thank you man I really appreciate your feedback. I鈥檒l make sure to keep posting some updates here 馃槆
Also this still needs a LOT of polish and some important bug fixes, as well as many more levels. I hope the presentation of my interpretation will make you want to see more from me!
