This game desperately needs a dash or at least i-frames.  I managed to beat him, but either you need a dash, i-frames or a boss nerf.

Beyond that, this is very well done game. The sound effects and music fit, and there are many little details there which clues me in to the game's polish. The animations are smooth and the setting is awesome. It's very charming in that sense. Very well done!

I love the visuals! Tried hard to beat the cat but the last pattern is really a challenge. Well done!
