I am glad you enjoyed time & efforts I put on polishing the overall experience, took a lot of energy when you're a one man team ^^

Agreed with Coyote time, that would have been a very nice to have (must have ?) in my submission.

Thank you very much for playing and for all the feedbacks!

Thanks for playing!

Thank you very for the very detailed and accurate feedbacks.

Agreed with Coyote Time and introduction of new level elements. There is a definitely a lot of things I can definitely implement on this base, including the interesting directions you mentioned.

Thank you very much!

Agreed about coyote time, kind of regret i didn't prioritize that.

Thank you for your feedbacks and for playing!

Thank for you for your feedbacks, you're right about lasers, I might took too much to introduce new levels elements.

Thank you for playing!

Really nice entry, the mechanic is easy to understand and hard to master, that's a very smart approach on the theme and the polish is very pleasant.

The idea was good, the execution was great, well done!

Art and Theme approach =>TOP TIER

Insane work on the Art, really, the best one I've seen so far in this Jam.

Congrats!!!

One of the best game I've played so far in this Jam.

The graphics are just TOP TIER, this is VERY HIGH quality work. Every other aspects such as Audio, concept and the theme approach are just great.

=> The only area of improvement I see is there not enough pure gameplay but that's a very subjective point of view. But that's forgived due to the huge work you did on every other aspects.

Congrats!!!

Impressive graphics and immersion overall. Really great job on that!

As a pretty impatient player (my bad, sorry), I felt the beginning was really slow, new customers take a lot of time to enter the shop. Player speed felt also too slow in my taste.

Congrats!!!

Enemies design are just amazing.

Not sure if it was a bug but I don't think I took any damage during my runs.

Very nice entry and super cool graphics!

Unfortunately, I didn't succeed to type fast enough to continue the story.

One of the best game in this jam I've played so far.

You know what you're doing, the FTUE is well balanced, you know how to introduce mechanics and how to gradually scale difficulty. And for me, FTUE on a Game Jam is key.

Added to that, your idea is original but your application of that idea is perfectly handled. Anyone can have a good idea, 5% of the work is getting the idea, 95% is the application of that idea. You nailed it.

Congrats!

I'm really glad you enjoyed the full experience :)

Thank you for playing!

Good job on finishing it! I'm really glad you enjoyed the overall experience!

Thank you for playing and for your kind words :)

Thank you very much for those positive feedbacks,  I'm really happy you enjoyed so much my theme interpretation.

Thank you for playing!

Thank you very much for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed my refined design!

I'm glad you enjoyed the overall experience :)

Agreed with the areas of improvement you mentioned, a level select screen and a better level ending would have been much appreciated.

Thank you very much for playing and for the feedbacks!

Pretty pleasant to play, everything is coherent, that's good work here!

Good job!

Great take on the theme! At first I was a bit lost and didn't get the intention...and then I got it and the concept works pretty fine!

Super cool graphics!

And really nice voice acting, there is a lot of efforts in the overall immersion thanks to the narrative, the audio and the art overall!

It was a bit hard to use controls, the jump felt a bit weird at first and the combat felt a bit slow but that was probably intended.

Keep up the good work!

Really cool concept and great take on the theme!!!

Impressive graphics and very cool audio, well done!!! What did you use to make those voxels assets?

I struggled a lot to make those jumps, I tell you that ;)

Congrats!!!

Amazing Art & Audio, if you made everything by yourself, that's really impressive!!!

Quite fun to play, hard to master but I guess it's intended, I will give me a few more tries to reach the end, not sure I can succeed to that ;)

Congrats!

Impressive graphics and audio!

I succeeded to beat the Final Boss in my 2nd run! Cool game and good take on the theme!

At first, I was like... "what is that?"

But then, I realized where you were going and oh boy, it's funny as hell! And the most interesting thing about your game is it's between a serious game and a comedy game. Hard exercise, to be honnest.

Really well done on this one, congrats!

Here is my game if you have some time to test it

Oh boy, I spent way too much time on that intro, way more than I should have... SO HAPPY you liked it!

Really glad you enjoyed time and effort I put in polishing the overall experience.

Regarding the slingshot, I feared people would struggle with it so I took (maybe too much) time to force it for level completion. But yes, that's definitely the more fun mechanic to use in my game.

Thank you for playing and for the feedbacks!

Thank you very much for playing!

I'm glad you enjoyed levels quantity, the atmosphere and my concept.

Thank you for playing, I'm glad you enjoyed the mechanics!

Super cool concept and great take on the theme!

I am not a big fan of Puzzle-fan but you got me stayed thanks to the very cool and relaxing atmosphere!

Good job and congrats!!!

I'm glad you enjoyed the level design!

Regarding coyote time, you are totally right, I should have added for a more fair feeling, that's a true a way to improve my game, thanks for this constructive feedback.

Thank you very much for playing!

Really nice approach here! This is a very interesting take on the theme!

I don't know if it's normal but after the 2nd level, there is a black screen => impossible to continue or go back, is that intended?

Great take  on the theme!

I really enjoyed playing thanks to pretty cool graphics, audio and overall concept. I found it a bit hard to play, physics was a bit tricky to play with.

Congrats on delivering such a fun game!

Congrats on delivering a escape game with a simple & cute art direction.

I reached the end in my first try and lost one heart. I had the 2/3 ending, how getting the others?

I'm really glad you enjoyed the atmosphere I intended to create!

Thank you very much for playing and for the positive feedbacks :)

Amazing take on the theme!!!

Personal take here: I'm not really fan of this genre (maybe I am too impatient^^) but the very relaxing atmosphere (thanks to the audio & the refined graphics) got me stayed for the several levels.

Great work!!!

Thank you so much for all those very positive feedbacks I'm really glad you had a good experience playing my game.

Like I said in a previous comment I agree with you, I'm not fully satisfied of my character design as well, I don't have artistic skills so I had to look for free character sprites and that's the best one I found with the animation I was looking for.

Thank you for playing! :)

The humour is simply top TIER. Wait...if the enemies are the vengeful animals he has cooked in his career... it means he cooked elephants..? What a dirty cook!

Jokes asides, I really liked the global ambiance thanks to the narrative,  the graphics & the audio, it's pretty coherent.

The gameplay is very fun, and it's the most important thing in my own personal opinion. You got me there!

Really good job on that, congrats!
