Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Wrote all the code myself, art was used by AI but modified heavily by me. Story was made by 3 other people credited in-game.

I can't get anything from the officer.
Try asking him if there were any other cases that happened recently.
I wasn't able to find any question which resulted in progressing the game except for "Who are your customers" to George Swan, thanks to the hint. But I couldn't get anything from the police chief. It's probably a good thing I'm not a real detective :)
After the first dialogue, the game just turned black so I could not really rate it.
Thanks for letting me know! I have fixed it and hopefully there shouldn't be any more bugs.
