How does your game fit the theme?
In "Before the Tempest," the theme of "Calm Before the Storm" is woven into both the gameplay and narrative, representing the mental and emotional preparation one undergoes before facing an overwhelming challenge or event.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code from scratch, but most of the assets and music are sourced from the Unity Asset Store. I'm a humble game developer, so I focused on what I do best (aka the only thing I know how to do): coding!

Interesting and original incorporation of the theme. The sound when the font appears was a bit annoying.

Interesting take on the theme. It was fun, the music was good and the sfx were on point.

One bug I observed is multiple music tracks play at the same time after a few mazes. Can be easily fixed but just got irritating after a point had to turn off my sound to play through the rest.

Kudos!! made a great game.

Interesting game and take on the theme! My criticism would be that the whole game lacks a bit of cohesion, if that makes sense. It feels like I just play through a maze because why not--not because it works well with the story or something. The story itself works nice and the maze too, but together, idk, it felt a bit random to me. Overall it's clear a lot of work went into here so a very good job anyway!
