It was really hard, but overall i really liked it !
I really like the audio and the visuals were nice. I have to give it full points in innovation for choosing a bullet hell for this theme, great idea.
I think that the side scroll speed was a bit too slow, which extended the play time a bit too much, but I liked the gameplay.
Finally for the writing, it was good overall and I liked the setting, but the humor was a bit hit or miss. Overall, I liked the game.
Choosing a bullet hell for the theme "Nothing can go wrong" is such a genious move!
I appreciated the increase in difficulty on every stage and the story was simple yet entertaining, it's worth give it a try. The gameplay is basic, maybe adding some upgrades for the character between stages would have spiced it up a little more.
With more time on hand i think the dev can really create games of high quality :)
Rating: 8/10
A quality product, the background music that accompanies the player is spot on, the gameplay is captivating as is the setting, even if i'm not a fan of the genre but I enjoyed it a lot.
Bonus points on the plot lore and use of pixel art, remembers the arcade '90 vibe.
9/10
I was very surprised by the product because its gameplay has mechanics that brought back old memories of when I used to play in arcades. The strong point is definitely the dialogue, which, although brief, entertained me and made me smile in several parts. I recommend giving it a try, it will be 10 minutes well spent with a mix of nostalgia and fun. The only downside is the repetition of some elements, a bit more variety would have helped.
I'm convinced that this duo has a lot of potential because they nailed the key point of a game: to entertain and have fun. Rating: 8/10.
I look forward to more releases from them.
