In what way does your game fit the theme?
You run a video store and have to rewind tapes customers drop off before they pile up. Just a bit of overly-80s-themed fun :)
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
All code and art assets made/written from scratch. I did NOT make the background _music_ from scratch... I must have missed this in the rules!

Yup. Thats the carpet. Thats the one my video rental store used to have back in the day.
It blends surprisingly well with the whole synth wave esthetic. I know its kinda played out by now, but that stuff runs through my veins, love it. My only complaint are the "pills". I know it might be place-holder-y, but right now I feel like they clash a bit with the overall art direction.
interesting concept, but the UI broke for me on both my attempts. The rushed / patient window wouldn't close ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I really like these kind of sim-style games! I think it's well done here, with a thoughtfully constructed aesthetic. You did a lot with little! However, as commented some others here, the UI bugged out for me and kinda broke the game. A second attempt produced the same. Sorry about that, man :/
The game is still a bit buggy. My cursor disappeared and I couldn't click anywhere. The camera is too fast and UI button could be bigger.
I really like the idea though! The color choices and overall mood is very 80's.
It was cool, tho the music was a bit loud and the mouse sensetivity was way high, also I think this is the third time I've seen that name XD
