In what way does your game fit the theme?
the enemys are shooting projectiles that are forcing you to REWIND your last 5 seconds, and after completing the game you'll need to REWIND it again

Very cool and unique idea for the theme. It definitely could be quite challenging and frustrating at times for me. Great game though, I had a lot of fun
Quite a unique idea you got there. I think the only problem is the rewind bullet that the enemy shoot. it hard to move forward it it still around after sometimes :). great job! :D
I liked the game i justr wish you could jump higher without having to use shift
Awesome for your first attempt :) Finishing a working submission is already tops. Maybe have the rewind tokens disappear after some time, and not have complete silence during a rewind.
Congrats on your first game jam game. Over all its fine. Some tips though, Movement could be bit faster, or maybe using velocity since now it feels a bit static. Also rewinding could use some indication that its happening. Keep it up :)
thanks for the feedback, the movement thing is a bit intentional because of the bullets i didn't want you to move too fast and overall that the game won't be too fast, about the indication you're absolutely right it is an important thing, i did however made it so the music will play backwards when rewinding but graphical indication will do good
This was a hard little platformer! I liked how the instructions were presented to you while you started playing the game. It was hard that the rewind projectiles didn't disappear because I kept landing on them haha.
thanks for the feedback, i know it turned out pretty hard this is why i added difficulty settings, and the bullets do dissapear after 7 seconds but i understand that this is a bit too much
5 Seconds is a long time :D Felt like it snowballed at times but I had fun nonetheless =D
Really nice for a first game jam, particularly love the little audio melody. I'd recommend some faster character controls (maybe with acceleration / deceleration) and if you want jump height variance try out some typical methods of doing this (Double Jump, or hold jump to go higher) - shift just felt unintuitive.
Other than that really nice ^^ Glad you had fun, hope you continue to do jams ^^
thanks for the feedback, you've got a point 5 secs is lots of time, about the jump i had a little bug with you being able to jump higher by pressing space and w at the same time and i liked it so i built the game around it and didn't wanted to change the levels when i changed the jump due to some problems
