In what way does your game fit the theme?
The game has a time rewind feature, whichs rewinds the whole game five seconds back, if the player gets hit.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I did the code all by myself, but the assets are mostly downloaded.

Great and challenging game. I enjoyed playing it. The environment looks so nice! Also sometimes enemies sit inside the building, I don't know if it's intended.

Thank you very much!

Well, only as long as they are not totally inside, but on the backyard of the building.

May I ask you, how far did you come?

Very Good. Very familiar top down shooter. I am not clear if I'm activating the rewinds or how do they work?

Developer (1 edit)

Thank you!

The rewind activates automatically if the suit recognizes a hit. So basically it prevents you from actually dying. No manual activation needed. It sets everything 5 seconds back to the past and can only activated again if you past the moment you would have died before. So you can not go further into the past.

You probably need to read this multiple times to understand what I was trying to say.

Great game!

I really loved the rewind post processing effects,  those are something I've also used in my game.

The gunplay was fun and challenging. The city environment fit really nicely, and the effects when an enemy was behind a wall were really useful!

Thank you very much for the detailed feedback! I am glad you like it.

Nevertheless, I have some more questions for you:

  1. How far did you come?
  2. Did you manage to come to the end?
  3. Was it to difficult?

I started going up in the level then after about 30 enemies killed I made it to those black cars that block the way, and that's where I died. (On my first run I went right and didn't make it that far)

I think the game could be a little easier

Developer

Thanks for that info.

So you nearly made it to the end of the game. Not bad.
