In what way does your game fit the theme?
The player is allowed to rewind time using a button (left shift) and use a number of mechanics to fine tune the control of the rewinding.
Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes. All of the art assets were made from scratch (except the font) and all code except for a few plugins was written by me.

The art style is the cutest I've seen so far* and I absolutely love everything about it.
Lack of checkpoints and lengthy animations that can't be canceled make it a tad slow to play, but that doesn't take away from the fact it's a great game!

Very nice gameplay, very nice art style. As already mentioned, sound or music would be nice. The only thing I would say is that the gameplay is fairly difficult to get used to at first.

The game is kind hard at start but nothing that pushed me away.
I think if you have had some music, it would be one of the best games here. Also, after a death, I think that first cutscene could be cuted out.
If you want to check mine, is a puzzle game. Maybe you can prove that pirates can rewind bombs in time to solve riddles haha.

the buttons for casting skill is quite hard to get used to at first. but I got impressed by the rewinding effect.
