In what way does your game fit the theme?
You rewind failed potions to get back their ingredients. You also rewind the effects you caused on your little test subject, Squee.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yep, most definitely!

Fun idea, but I think there should be more player feedback when making the potions. I felt it was a bit of a trial-and-error experience. I kept dragging in the potion ingredients, but 95% of the time it was still wrong, what made it a bit tedious for me.

I liked the artstyle and especially the music! Nice game after all!

Thanks for playing and for the feedback ;)
The player is indeed left in the dark a bit when it comes to the ingredient combos I tried to add a tip to the game page to somewhat help but it should have been in the game.

I personally don't like the "manage shop" style of game and sorry but I didn't had patience trying to make new potions hahaha but overall is a really cool game, really nice art, and is really fun. I actually love games where you need to combine elements to create things(my favorite is doodle god)

I really think you could improv things like more guidance about where you can and should click( at the start I felt kinda lost) and some way to know what ingredients could be used to create something new( for example in doodle god you know that water and earth = mud), I believe that book was supposed to do this but I didn't understand.

Anyway, good job!

Thanks for the feedback!
We indeed could have added more tips for when players get stuck.
We sadly enough didn't have enough time to make those kind of changes.
If only we could rewind time :P

I tried so hard to make a potion but they kept failing :( I'm not sure if I was stuck in a loop or I just couldn't get the ingredients right. Incredible art though and the concept is really neat! Nice :)

Hi I'm a developer of this game and I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble finding the combos. We did realize a bit late that we were somewhat to enthousiastic with thinking of ingredients and potions so it did end up a bit overwhelming.

A tip though If you buy a potion from the shop and rewind it there is always one potion combination present and two random ingredients. So if you pay attention to the shelves when you rewind it you'll see what ingredients were inside then you can try different combos of only those and you'll definitely find a recipe.

And when in doubt the "cat" recipe is visible on one of the screenshots of the game on the game page.

Thanks for playing our game and thank you for the feedback.

I love the purple cat. It basically made the game for me. :D

I'm glad you like it ^^. I was responsible for the little critter. Fun fact my co-developers insisted I made the little critter squeak if you click on it :P
