In what way does your game fit the theme?
The exp and level goes down instead of the conventional up when the player kills enemies.

Did you write most of the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
The code was written by me, but the assets were made by my team in aseprite.

Wow, that's Scratch! Congratulations on your first jam! It's cool you've managed to deliver the game! I hope you'll fix bugs, it can be really fun game.

Thanks so much for playing! I couldn't have done it without my very supportive team. We do intend to revisit the concept soon.

Yep, loads of glitches haha, but nice job finishing a game for your first jam. Aside from general improvements/bug-fixing,  my only recommendation would be to tone down the difficulty. I die in about 10 seconds lol. A game can still be fun with bugs, but bugs and a high difficulty can make it more frustrating than fun.

Overall, very cool for a first project, and good luck to your team in the future.

Yeah, I'm not the best programmer to say the least, and not enough playtesting was done for sure. It was only until my brother played the game that I realised the player had to be very lucky to survive long. Thanks so much for playing!
