This is my first game jam so I was wondering if it is okay if I use tutorials

I think everyone uses tutorials no matter how experience they are. 

yea there is no problem,  just make your own game. how you do is not important (it's important to be yours)

Everyone uses tutorials at some point.  For game jams its a good idea.  Just be aware that many times if you simply copy/paste exactly what they do, it can become unsustainable for bigger projects.  For a game jam though, go ham.  You're good.
