In what way does your game fit the theme?
You have to eat fish but you have to split the swarms up because they are STRONGER TOGETHER
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
the base of my flocking algorithm is from this guy --> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjKINQigAE4. The rest I did completely on my own from scratch. (Font is in public domain)

Nice but you really need some music.
Please rate my game
Nice I really like it, I had a similar idea when brainstorming and you managed to put a nice twist on it. It looks good and you did a great job with the flocking algorithms. The way the camera perspective works was a little hard to get initially. It might be nice to change it to a follow camera with some kind of lerping to smooth it. Good job!
Thanks!
I really like the fact that enemies are getting stronger together and not you ! Not many games do that :)
It is really fun to play, you can come up with strategies, having to try to put yourself in danger to see how well you can perform and need to be smart to avoid the angry fishes, or just try to eat one fish at a time and keep big swarms close so you do not starve to death.
Also the controls are really simple and feel nice.
And the low poly style is quite good :)
To give you what I thought could be improved:
- Add music and sound
- Showing the best score somewhere so you don't have to die to see it, for convenience :)
- Sometimes if you eat multiple fishes at the same time, some might be able to bite you back even if they were swallowed.
Nice work
Thank you very much for your feedback! I've already got a list of changes I will implement after the jam and I will definetly add your suggestions
