In what way does your game fit the theme?
The original idea was to have two playable characters and to switch between them to be "Stronger Together" and find a way out of the spooky place they are in.
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes everything was made by me and my two friends

the pixel art is really good and animations look smooth for the main player, theres a bug in the pause menu where u can still press space and the player readies up for a jump, some sfx and music would've been nice but time is everybody's enemy in a jam am i right haha

The fire trail is really cool. I think you should just take that and expand on it in a bunch of directions.
Good and simple idea. Just need more work and make more levels. Also some sound effect and music will be nice.
