I ain't no professional abt both of them but I can give you some hints
if u wanna go for easy and quick then pixel art it is, if you want some damn good looking art and you can manage ur time then vector art

That's completely up to you!
Vector art will probably take more time to do cleanly, but might look "better" in the long run. It's a difficult style to get through consistently though, so beware of that. Pixel art can be as detailed as you want it to be.
