i need a program for making sound effects

i dont know any for making sfx but i know kenney.nl has a bunch of free assets and sfx 

An easy to use one is "Bosca Ceoil".  It could take you a bit to understand how everything  works, but you could watch Brackeys's tutorial for it.  Here  is the link.
