Definitely fits the theme! It's a unique concept, and I feel like it has potential to be a fun game in the same vein as Elf Bowling. I also like the menu art of the gnomes 😁

I think swinging the bat needs to be either clearly physics based or button controlled. Currently, other than the cannon balls bouncing the bat in the other direction, it's not really intuitive how to control the bat.

A good entry for the theme, things get really chaotic, fast! It would have been nice if there was a button to swing the bat instead of just walking around. The amount of balls on screen is chaotic enough, it would be good to have at least some feel of control to try and hit them instead of just trying to avoid and stay alive!
