How does you game fit the theme?
My game is about a guy trying to find out if the ringing noise is real, what is real, what his real name is, etc.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I used premade sprites and music, the code and systems were written within the Jam time frame

awesome game! I am a fan of  games using black and white  , the controls are smooth and responsive, the mechanics are easy to learn and the gameplay was challenging. I would be playing this again, (good replay value), and a good immersive experience . Overall I enjoyed playing! congratulations ! keep it up!

Thank you so much, it’s comments like this that drive me to keep making games 😊

It was a really fun game, with cool art! Holding down on the controller to move through one way platforms didn't work though, so I had to do that part with my keyboard. Overall though, it was pretty good!

Great! Snappy controls, level design is great and the 4th wall breaking is pretty funny. Got softlocked on the second level, but still had a great time. Well done!

Developer

Ah a couple of people have been softlocked now, I should have spent more time trying to make that jump 😭 I’m glad you enjoyed the game though!

very fun and enjoyable game. kinda surprised it isnt more popular considering how polished it is and how nice the pixel art looks.

Thank you, the sprites are actually from a Kenney asset bundle but I appreciate the comment :)

This game is soo good! The movement is responsive, the dialogue is very interactive, and all in all, 10/10. Good job!

Very fun game, movement is smooth, music is nice, levels are just the right amount of challenging.

The game has really polished controls. And is fun to play.

Unfortunately, I had a softlock right at the beginning of the second level and had to restart the game. You can go directly to the left without dash in the second level and get stuck there.

The story is nothing groundbreaking but still fun.

Developer

Ah that’s a shame, I did spend some time at that exact point trying to make that jump but obviously didn’t try hard enough 😆 Glad you enjoyed the gameplay at least

Dude, this game deserves more ratings! It is one of the most polished games I have played so far. The platforming mechanism was pitch perfect. Also, the conversations between the autopilot and Jarett were hilarious. This is one game I would pay to play the full version! Excellent work!

Developer

Thank you! It’s really great to hear and I’m glad you enjoyed it

One of the better games I've played so far. Not sure why you don't have more ratings yet. The controls and mechanics were super tight and felt good. My only suggestion is to cut back on the dialog.  It slows down the game. There were points where I was waiting for the dialog to be over so I could see the spikes falling.

Developer

Thanks for your suggestions, this was my first time doing more than a minimal amount of dialogue in a game so it’s something I’m still working out the fine-tuning of. I’m glad you enjoyed the gameplay :)
