The longer you play the more blocks you control. So you don't play "alone"

No I had help with YT Tutorials.
Its only a prototype of an idea.

Cool game, might be a nice game for mobile as well ;)
I don't really see the topic angle of it. Anyhow I like how smooth the movement is.
I think it would be nicer that once you collect a node, it doesn't respawn behind you rather the rope appears and then you drag it along - would look much more natural -
Also I found out in the end that you can use Up-Down arrows.
Overall, nice submission
Cool concept. Fits the theme.
I like the idea with the red squares, but I find it hard to keep them on the board long enough to use them as I intend. A score tracker that displays how many rows have passed would also be really cool.
