This is a cool concept! A little buggy tho. I couldn't get the switch mechanic to work properly tho, unless I'm not getting something...

Thanks for the comment, it is indeed buggy but I think the switch mechanic is one of those few stuff that work correctly xD

You press 2, it goes to Shadow Mode. You press 1, you go back to Normal Mode. Now, if you press T, it will teleport you to as a ghost to the place where your other character is standing from the Shadow Mode. If you move, it will reactivate gravity again and return to completely normal

I think the concept is communicated clearly enough. Even so, I struggled to get past the first real obstacle. Perhaps I still don't understand it but when I played it the teleport mechanic always switched to day mode so I could never clear the first jump

Okay I know this is against the rules but it won't be played by anyone with a downloadable build anyways....

So I was 5 mins late from late submissions with setting the compression format to gzip. So yeah, if you wanna try out the game it's here there's nothing changed just a WebGL build. Though don't rate based on this, cuz it ain't allowed :/ https://delannoy.itch.io/alter-shadow
