sorry to inform you, but I don't think they will do that :/
You can always work on the game after the jam, don't stress too much over it.
Jams are made to have fun and learn something new.
Work on submitting a small demo, and getting feedback, then (if you still want to) build more on it after the jam.
Just submit what you have. It doesnt have to be perfect.
7 days is already a long time for a jam! You'll have to make sure you plan your time better on the next one. It's all about learning.
