Good prototype, delivers on the basic components for a bullet hell. I think pacing could be worked on, as it feels pretty slow in the beginning. It's good for tutorial, and perhaps an easy mode, but I think it would be more interesting if bullets were introduced a lot faster, along with powerups to show up more faster. The jam theme as implemented through power ups was an interesting take as well, but again, I think could be stronger. Well done.
The game is too slow. It takes several minutes for the game to pick up.
