Intrusive thoughts defeated, fiancee acquired. Very fun game!
I thought it was a cool mix of genres, but when i played it i had a few things that bothered me:
- i would of liked some more boss variety
- i would like an answer system so multiple endings can be achieved
-i would add a volume option...

Romantic Waves is a sweet one-shot about Valerie and Cody's first date. As a lover of VNs and romance stories, it was a surprise to see the genre collide with a bullet hell game!
The bullet patterns were fun to navigate; a creative way to think of keeping one's nerves at bay, especially with the jitters of a first date. I found the guide and the timer very helpful for ease of gameplay. I think the difficulty could be higher. I was able to get a good ending on my first try.

Your game was a fun take on a bullet hell I was not expecting to do a dating sim aswell. I did manage to beat the game only just barely and was hoping to see a final score. I didn't encounter any obvious bugs other than sometimes a bullet could just graze me and I wouldn't lose charisma. This game was short and simple and fit the jam pretty well with its own spin. Well done!
