Help!

This is my first ever game jam, and I've put in over 24 hours worth of work at this point. It closes soon and it won't build! I'm panicking! It keeps giving me the errors:

  • The type or namespace ShaderGraph does not exist in the namespace UnityEditor
  • The type or namespace SearchService does not exist in the namespace UnityEditor
  • Error building Player because scripts had compiler errors

I have absolutely no idea what to do and time is running out! Does anyone know how to fix this? Time is almost up and I won't be able to submit it and that would be so freaking disappointing to lose 8 days worth of work.

Thanks

Hey, I don't work in Unity so I can't help you, but try one of the gamedev discords for help. They are usually quicker to respond. I don't think there will be that many people reading in this community right now.

Best of luck!

Hey, Tubbs sorry for your inconvinience. I dont use the Unity game engine and cant help you with that. If your game missed the deadline i can send you a link where you can post it after, if that happens message me on discord my user is NijePavle#2023. Hope you resovle this issue but like the other person said, here you wont find the answers to your problem. Search on online forums or the Unity discord or something. Best of luck!

Tubbs, did you finish the game before the deadline? If not then message me on discord.

I did, thanks! The Unity Discord were great and they figured it out almost instantly.
