The Z attack was not working for me, as long as not counting my deaths

hello, thanks for playing! really? you can't shoot on this game, when you press Z you incinerates every bullet near you, this isn't happening?
and when you die 3 times the game is supposed to end, unless you pressed P, on this case, you have infinite lives.
