So, assuming this is your first Jam, you have a set period of time to develop a game (in this case a week) and submit it to the site. The game must follow a theme announced at the start of the event and must be finished and submitted by at least the last day of the Jam.
Afterwards there will be a two-week play and rate period where everyone gets to rate each other's games based on criteria defined in the rules.
