hi, I'm pretty new to game jams myself but from what I've seen from other jams, they tend to expect you to upload a web version for people to play and review.  Itch.io doesn't allow a fixed fee for web builds either so any submissions are normally free to play.

This jam does not seem to have specified this however, so you could upload your game for a fee but I doubt many people here would pay to play it as most games made for a jam are generally small, and often incomplete or buggy.

This is only based on what I have seen in other jams, so I could be wrong.
