- The movement was super fun especially when I could go fast. I think the roombas that were connected were a clever idea but the sprint and double jump made them too easy of an obstacle. I think you could design the levels more on the fun movement of the cat along with the double jump + dive, which would embrace the fun movement and speed run nature of the game. A nice mechanic system you have with a good soundtrack and visuals! --- 27/40

This is a really fun game and strong concept. I really enjoyed the visual style and I thought the controls were pretty tight. My only gripe was depth perception on the levels was a little hard. I liked the animated background but it was quite distracting from the platforming. I feel like some depth of field or blurring out the background would help with that. I appreciate the controller support and actually switched to controller from keyboard and enjoyed the experience much better. I thought the interactive menus were a nice touch as well.
Really groovy. Everything felt great and it was fun. My only complaint is that the section with the platform was confusing when I didn't know I had to wait for it to come back, or that there even was a platform to jump on. Maybe only having it move when the play jumps on it would be better.
That's a point where we were struggling, making the level more "readable" for the player, ty for your feedback!! :)
This game has amazing velocity considering the time given for the jam. You can tell that there was a lot of effort put into the level design, mood, and character mechanics. In the future, I would like to see more iteration on the character controls so that they are bit tighter.
Devs need to pat themselves on the back, you guys did an amazing job.
ty for your awesome feedback! <3
Cool! I like the music syncing and the in-game menu is super cool! Tighter controls might be better for a platformer and more textures on platforms might help players see the ground
