Hello, I'm a programmer but never before dipped my toes in game dev, so I have some questions:

1, I love the topic and I have an idea for a horror game that I would love to develop further after what I would manage in the two weeks. So is demo an acceptable sublimation? Like if I make the game rougher with one ending and show somehow the alternative routes are going to be accessible in a future release or something like that?

2. I might be stupid but how exactly do we submit? Just create a new project here and post the link in Discord?

Yes you are allowed to submit demos or prototypes, that's completely fine 🙂

All submission is done through Itch, once you are ready to upload your game come to the jam's page and their should be a big button prompting you to submit. Then you will have to fill out the submission form. Once that's done it should all be up and ready for people to see.
