hello, good try ! I think with a proper sprite animation for the character it can be way better, also animation for the nuts falling... obviously need sound as well, just something that match the overall style !

I had a lot more fun with this than I thought! The owl chase scene was very fun, and broke up the gameplay a lot. I've never seen someone export a scratch game to Itch before, so that was pretty interesting too.

Keep up the work and stick with game dev! You'll make really great games one day :)

p.s. - if you ever want help with Godot when you eventually move to it, don't be afraid to reach out!

Thanks. I would love that

As you mentioned, we would like to see a sequel with sounds added, also character animations. It has a pretty nice twist when the owl starts chasing you.

Thank you!

I like the concept very much and I enjoyed playing it. Well Done!

Pretty good effort! I really liked when it became night and the owl started swooping and I had to duck and jump over it. I wish the night came a bit earlier, I collected 80 acorn before it became night, and the night gameplay was a bit more interesting than the day gameplay. I ended up collecting 109 acorns! Keep up the great work and we'll see what you make next :)
