Worm killing simulator 2021, also known as 'Life of a Leaf'! Seriously, this game was funny as hell :P From the main character which is a leaf with legs, to the endless supply of worms that will fill the ground completely, it's just madness. I wasn't too sure what the endgoal was, but I definitely enjoyed playing the game, so that's good! The  game also fits the fall theme very well :) Good job on making this, and thanks for entering the jam!

this was really fun :) I loved the idea of fall colors gradually changing I think that's a nice little touch. The game isn't perfect but what it needs is mostly just balance. As it is it's very hard to die and there is a bit too many lives which makes it hard to see the color change. just tweak it a bit and you've got a really great survival game. Good work!

Very cool idea! I liked the gradual progression into Fall colors. I wasnโ€™t a huge fan of the fact that you had to die to progress though, maybe that could be tweaked easily to change colors over time.

Thanks Nathan! I agree, I was thinking of adding day transitions but the quickest way for me to get it working was through player deaths.

I haven't seen this kind of survival game in a while, so it was a nice change of pace! I think it would be more fun if the worms didn't fall down so quickly tho.

Thanks! It can be quite a problem when there are too many worms, so maybe I'll have to implement a limit or slow down the time it takes for a worm to spawn depending on how many there are.
