Really reptative with sound.  I like the hospital theme.

It moved too slow to the sides.

Also, the mouse went out of the screen. I have 2 monitors so most of the time the mouse was in the wrong one. There should be an option in unity so it stays in the window.
The texts are rendered in top of the objects so they are always visible. That made them difficult to read. They also had low quality. I usually set the text size to 50 and then scale down the text object.
I haven't played too much so I can't tell much more. If I have time to play it later I'll add another review.

I like the gameplay. The sounds are ok, and the mechanics are working well. The graphics are a bit simple, but overall, I like this game.
