Initially, it was going to be 12 hours per week, 2 hours a day 6 days a week. After I had some production problems and had to go solo, I upgraded that number to 18-24 hours per week, same schedule.

I managed to not do too much each day, not neglecting other life stuff and keep to a consistent schedule, while still managing to deliver a feature-complete game.

General comments
The original project was scrapped after the team disbanded due to production issues. I took what I, and only I had made, which was the designed and programmed combat system, and made a new game around it.

The fight music is really intense! I like it
Skills and game mechanics work well, faster battle turns would be great I think.
Graphics and UI is kinda, let's say okay, but really needs improvement in my opinion.
Solid job on skill selection and improving stats. The idea is very good.
Another cool feature would be maybe some Equipment you can find and equip
