Aren't they the same thing? Art, Graphics, Visuals, Aesthetics... don't they all mean the visual feedback?
Asthetic can mean different things for different people, some people consider asthetic as less of just a visual interpretation and more of a sensory interpretation. For example some music can be considered to have an "asthetic". For the sake of your question let's say someone has really good visuals and music but they don't fit the cyberpunk asthetic, they would likely receive a higher score for visuals and music, and a lower score for asthetic. Aesthetics is a branch of philosophy that is mostly occupied with what constitutes art and the sublime. Visuals are describing purely visual sense data.
