A great artstyle and a good story, a Timer would help the game being more understandable. A Almost Perfect 20/25

Developer

sadly couldn't be added, but we are planning to maybe continue polishing this game and continuing working on this game, into the future!

So cool one of the best games I played in this jam!

Really impressive art and music!

great game!

Developer

I appreciate that alot, the art was really fun making!

I really liked it, however one thing that was a bit of a letdown was that every item felt very similar. I think it would be interesting to have to choose between which items you're replicating rather than being encouraged to just throw the closest one to the player. For example, what if the torches lit nearby enemies on fire, or if the bread was thrown like a boomerang rather than just a straight line. Overall very well made and clearly a lot of effort was put into this game's polish.

We did attempt to do this with the food items, since you can use them to heal yourself. We wanted to add something unique to each item, but we ran ouy of time.

I think it's safe to say that this game is one of the best in this jam.

Thanks! I'm glad you think so.

seriously tho, this is a rly fun game. The fact that u get the things u throw back when u kill something is a rly good way to ensure the player never gets stuck. Only thing I don't like about it is that u dont know when you'll get to the next level, or at least idk how ur supposed to know

Developer

yes croggs thank you very cool and the next level thing is due to how many enemies you defeat

0/10 there is a distinct lack of snakes

Incredible. Cannot believe that this was a GAME JAM game.  However, one thing i noticed is that you can play a while longer after the death animation plays, and the music goes whack.. dunno if this is intentional or not. But still, overall its wonderfully polished. A+.

Developer

Ah, didnt realize that. Thanks for letting us know!

Great game, really enjoyed it. Love the art and sounds, clever idea as well. One thing that feels off is the throwing direction. But overall It's an amazing game. Well done!

Consider checking out my game as well

Developer(+1)

Hey! I'm glad you enjoyed it! My team and I are thinking about continuing to work on the game, so if you could explain the issue with the throwing that'd be amazing.

Sorry,  my bad. I didn't realize it throws at the mouse pointer direction that's why i kept throwing on right.

Oh xD no problem at all. Maybe we should've made that more clear
