Nice minimalistic graphics! Reminds me of this game called "Circle" on the Play Store

thanks so much!! in the final game the glider will be unique to its own world, featuring its own special mechanics. originally i was going to have the game progress like it does in the demo, with item unlocks being usable in other worlds- but like you said, it ruins the difficulty in some levels. :)

Yo thanks!! Honestly that's gotta be my fav too

Sweet idea!!

sync jumps are possible in Thunder Jumper! :)

I'd love to do Linux and Mac versions for the full release! It'll depend on how much time I have and how easy it is to do- I've never done a Linux/Mac port before :P

Uh oh. How on earth did I not remember to remove the debug features??

I don't think it's supposed to work on mobile, sorry :/

Thanks Dark Trigger Games!

Go for it! Consider joining the discord too, there are a few speedrunners over there :)

Thanks :) He really shoulda disguised as a kangaroo

Thank you!!

Nice. Very nice.

If anyone gets an error like this, try again in 10 minutes!

Heh... Maybe...

Cartesian metaphysics

Thanks so much, it means a lot to me :)

Sadly the Play Store version of my apps got taken down a while ago and I haven't bothered to put them back up. Thanks for reminding me of this, I'm gonna add it to my to-do list! I've been procrastinating it for so long, it's probably finally time to fix the issue lol

Just a matter of scale. If during the game you make 5 decisions, having 2 choices leads to 2^5 = 32 different endings. If there were 3 choices, it'd be 3^5 = 243 different endings. I'd love it if the game had more depth, but there's only so much time I can put into a game like this :) Either way I hope you enjoyed it!

Cool game! I got a high score of 1200 :)

Thanks!!

I don't really see any reason to, why do you wanna download it? :P Just curious

I think I might actually do that! Are you interested in making some paths yourself?

Thanks for letting me know!! I'll fix this soon :)

Interesting idea! Certain parts felt like they killed momentum though- it'd be cool to have the level design add momentum in challenging ways

Thanks!! We had 2 programmers (myself and my friend), so he was able to do enemies and movement while I tackled all the item stuff :)

Thanks!! Yeah, it needs a LOT of polishing haha. :)

me too shooba!

Thanks! I wish we had time to iron out all the bugs :P

Oh yeah, those loadouts are such a great addition. I mainly used the Boomstick B-mutation (see what I did there), it was really helpful. My main strategy was: Get myself into positions where I can kill something with my shotgun AND get a lot of distance, spam the Sawtooth every chance I get, and snipe/hail mary something with a rocket if my multiplier got too low. Seemed to work well! I have NO IDEA how U-Solver got over 30million. Seems like your plan to give the game a high skill ceiling worked- he has like 15 times your own high score lol. I had a similar thing happen with this game I'm making on Steam (it's actually pretty similar to this). One of the players managed to get like 7 second runs on every single level, which I did not even know was possible. It's so cool when a player get that good at a game you make!

Dude. This is phenomenal. I came to your itch page because your submission to the ScoreSpace Jam was so awesome, only to find out you also make TF2 content?? Unbelievable. I've also made some TF2 stuff! I've got a "Keybind Roulette" and "Meet the Spy: RPG" on my profile :P

This game, to put it mildly, was an absolute shock to my system. To be perfectly honest, I had kind of low expectations for this game because of the lack of art- but my god, I was wrong to think that. On my first run I got 300,000 points. Then 350. Then 375. Then I finally got a whopping 800,000. Every time I lost my score multiplier, I knew it was my fault. Each run felt fresh and exciting, and each time I kept learning new things. As I played I learned how to leverage the S button to string through enemies below me, how to save my rockets for whenever my multiplier was low for a quick snipe to boost it back up, and how to get the shotgun to kill an enemy WHILE sending me into ANOTHER enemy. Your (and your team's, if you had one) sense for game design is extremely well-honed. Well done. The gameplay and theme get an EASY 5-stars from me.

Pretty fun! The splatter effect is quite satisfying. I managed to get a score of 70 on my second run once I figured out how to optimize my playstyle. Great art too! Having the little mutants spell out the name of the game is just absolutely lovely

Both momentum AND mutations? Sounds like a five star theme to me! I feel like this game would be great on mobile, maybe with some random generation in the levels :)

4700, I think I did pretty good!

This game is awesome! The teammate AI was pretty simple, which I liked because it made them easier to lead. I loved all the concepts in here and would totally pay for a full version if you ever made one!

Jackpot

Thanks!! :)

Very satisfying!
