Thanks so much for playing my game! Im glad you enjoyed it~ As for the buttons, sadly i couldn't make it work any better. Probably could, it shouldn't be a Pico-8 problem, but im not experienced enough yet with it, nor with programming. When i tried it out, holding down the button for the direction you want to go in worked without having to press it each time, but it's not an intuitive thing to do. I should write it down in the description as i see it's a common problem with my game. Thanks for the feedback! It really helps ~
The art style is very cohesive and charming, definitely one of my fav aspects of this game. The moving was a little annoying since I had to spam my keys to move but the entertaining dialogue of the "players" and sprawling world design made it very worth it. The "time left" mechanic is also an ingenious method of adding flare and a natural limitation to the game which makes every play through different. This is an awesome game!
Thanks so much for playing my game! Im really glad you enjoyed the dialogue, i knew i couldn't do much of a "game" so i just hoped to give the world a little bit of life through the characters. As for the button, im sorry, i got that a lot, i see it's a common problem. When i tested the game, holding down the button for the direction you wanted to go to worked just fine so i didn't have to spam the buttons, but i think it's not as intuitive so i should write it down. Or maybe it's a problem with the browser version of the game? I'll check it out. So thank you for the feedback! it helps a lot~

Simplistic, yet done extremely well.
The slight downside was having to spam the movement controls, which I can't really comment more on as I do not have any experience with Pico-8.
The interactions with other slimes/players was short, yet delivers exactly what they mean to say.
If I were to give it a rating, I'd say 4.8/5.0, the only negative thing I experienced was the button spam.
